Khanda's partners originated the rescue financing for a stalled hotel construction project at the above location. We were the replacement 504A loan lenders on the project, restructured the loan and successfully exited the transaction upon being refinanced by a Salt Lake City, UT based bank.

Recently mandated to arrange debt restructuring and additional capital to finish construction for a stalled upscale hotel in a very high occupancy sub-market in Denver, CO. Khanda arranged preferred equity infusion and negotiated a debt restructuring to help the project get completed.
Mandated to arrange additional debt capital for an ALF operator in NJ seeking to right-size the equity capital structure. The properties are stabilizing and are positioned to provide incremental cashflow to the complex due to recent Medicaid reimbursement rate increases and the existing bond financing prepayment penalties are rolling off.
