Co-Development: Khanda brings an established network of architects, engineers, consultants and contractors, along with greater financial savvy in negotiating financing to passive owners who wish to unlock the value of premium land through development of mid-luxury projects.
Co-Development Projects:
#1: 808 S Main St, Milpitas, CA: Co-developer for 28 Townhome, 1 commercial space, luxury condos. We sourced the execution team for the project including the Architect, Engineers, General Contractor for the owner and actively manage the project as the Owner's representative. Started Q2, 2022

Develpment Advisory: For projects where a full development suite of services is not needed, Khanda offers its expertise through bespoke development advisory services. We have successfully arranged teams of Architects, Contractors, Consultants and Advisors and spearheaded negotiations with governmental authorities to effectuate the most efficient project development solutions.
Development Advisory Projects:
#1: Mandated to arrange the sale of an existing hotel in San Jose, CA. The hotel will be converted to a 100% affordable housing project by the acquirer.
#2: Mandated to obtain the necessary approvals from the City of San Francisco for a 100% affordable housing project in Mission District.
